The Empleando Futuros project includes an organizational and technical development component targeting the country’s largest technical, vocational and professional development agency to achieve Result 2: Improve the capacity of INFOP to implement market-driven training. INFOP (Instituto Nacional de Formacion Professional) reaches thousands of students every year and works in collaboration with businesses and organizations throughout the country. The purpose of Result 2 is to help orient the agency toward a more deliberate strategic and operational program and services that respond to market demand and tailor its training and outreach to actual opportunities in the labor market.
