With training in counseling and sociology, He brings a unique perspective to leadership, and male-social development, using various models such as iD.E.C.I.D.E., #TheFirePit Gathering, Man_Up Adventures, and B.U.I.L.D to help men make decisions, discuss their roles, bond through outdoor adventures, and build for their communities and country.
