This is brief overview of the IMPACT Club developed by World Vision’s (WV) partner, New Horizons Foundation (NHF). The IMPACT Club project model is an integrated approach to adolescent engagement that fosters the skills, behaviours and attitudes necessary for their improved participation in the social, civic and economic life of their communities. The IMPACT Club model encourages the development of confident, self-aware and resilient young people who contribute positively to their communities via youth led community projects. This is facilitated through group based training and support services. The target population are adolescents aged 12-17 years who are interested to learn new skills and want to contribute to their community.
