About this Event

During the pandemic lockdown and social/physical distancing rules, many services or parts of life that were once accessible in person or via phone, became digital. This had an enormous impact on those who experience digital exclusion but also for organizations and service providers that relied on physical interactions for their work.

The webinar explores the topic of Overcoming Digital Barriers to Inclusion in Online Learning/Engagement by looking at some solutions from implementers on the ground addressing issues of digital access, individual and environmental factors for young people including those in remote communities, new to the internet or just getting started, facing resource constraints to acquire equipment or costs of connectivity, and building trust.
