Project-based Learning: Equipping Youth with Agripreneurship by Linking Secondary Agricultural Education to Communities

This research paper explores how project-based learning can be used to equip students with agripreneurship competencies and other valuable life skills while linking secondary agricultural education to communities for improved livelihoods.  It discusses the background of agri-preneurship, summarizes the role of extension services in this context, introduces the concept and provides examples of project-based learning in agricultural education and extension, and presents the relative strengths and weaknesses of the approach.
