The Youth in Peace and Security Community of Practice (CoP) co-hosted a virtual and in-person event with the Youth Engagement CoP on May 2, 2017, from 10:30 am -12:00 pm ET. This meeting served as an opportunity for CoP members to connect in person, join in a discussion about Promising Practices in Engaging Youth in Peace and Security and Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism (P/CVE) from a document circulated by USAID's Youth Coordinator Mike McCabe, and talk about CoP priorities moving forward.
