Rediscovering Leadership and Career Growth in Co-Curricular Youth Organizations

The four-page thematic study summarizes the role of co-curricular youth organizations (e.g. the National FFA Organization and 4-H) that teach technical agricultural skills in a structured format with hands-on application of those skills.
