This evaluation report presents findings from ICRW’s Planning Ahead for Girls’ Empowerment and Employability (PAGE) program. PAGE was an intervention research project which aimed at building empowerment and employability skills in school settings for girls from low-income communities. PAGE aimed to build girls’ self-efficacy and ability to identify, plan and realize their future personal and professional goals. PAGE was implemented in select government schools in New Delhi and aimed at engaging adolescent girls (aged 15-17 years) from low-income communities.
