SMART (Social Media to promote Adherence and Retention in Treatment) Connections in an online information and support group intervention delivered via closed secret Facebook groups to Youth Living with HIV. Online support groups are led by trained HIV Support group leaders who have lived experiences with HIV and ART, reproductive health and relationships, communication and problem-solving, nutrition and health, and handling discrimination.
