About this event

This highly participatory problem-solving session, which builds on our previous webinar Equipping Youth with Skills and Employment Through Public Private Partnerships, provided practical solutions for young people seeking to register their businesses in Kenya.

The workshop featured a representative of the government of Kenya who explained the procedures involved in business registration. Industry leaders who specialize in administrative mapping, simplification, and digitization also helped facilitate the workshop. These experts are committed to supporting youth enterprises and worked with all workshop participants to identify practical solutions to the challenges encountered by young entrepreneurs. This workshop is an excellent opportunity to network, collaborate, and exchange ideas with government officials, industry experts, young entrepreneurs, and other members of the BEPSE CoP.

Presented by USAID's YouthPower 2: Learning and Evaluation Activity, the Business, Entrepreneurship, and Private Sector Engagement Community of Practice (BEPSE CoP) serves youth, practitioners in youth-serving organizations, and policymakers.
