YouthPower Action Soft Skills AssessmentUSAID's Youthpower Action (YP Action) Soft Skills Tool measures critical soft skills domains that are important to multiple positive youth outcomes in workforce, violence prevention, and family planning and reproductive health. These domains are:

- Positive Self-Concept

- Negative Self-Concept

- Higher Order Thinking

- Social and Communication

This resource provides a script with questions to ask youth when assessing soft skills.

Thank you for sharing these.  Great to see how this work has moved forward.  I just reviewed the tool in English and Spanish and there are some significant differences in the sections on poverty, dwelling and some on education.  Some of the questions seems more appropriate from the English version (especially poverty and dwelling) as opposed to the Spanish version.  Just wondering if that is on purpose or a confusion with versions.  Thanks.
